Change to School Hours for 2023/24 - Consultation. The government recently changed their guidance around the length of the school day. To ensure that we are compliant we need to lengthen our school day by five minutes from August 2023. This will change our start times as shown. • Doors to the school building will open at 8.25am • Students should be on the school site by 8.30am to avoid a late mark and detention. • Students should be in their classrooms by 8.35am Please let me know if you have any comments, questions, or concerns about these changes.
